The Casa Victoria team is exploring various options to expand its impact. These include preparing takeout pizzas, which has been very well received with a small but promising number of orders, and the creation of a pizza-café restaurant. This space would not only provide mentoring and job opportunities but also generate additional income. So far, 10% of the $25,000 needed for the coffee project has been raised through crowdfunding platforms. We are also working to establish relationships with family offices, churches, and international corporations with a presence in Quito.
